As an Account development manager you will be responsible for effective management of one of biggest clients - Detskii mir.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and financial targets (SU, NSV, GTN, GP, GM) and market share targets (eComm and Baby channels)
- Effective manage Client’s P&L
- Provide accelerated K-C sales growth in order to enhance share in client’s sales to get market leadership (eComm, Baby channels and Total RU)
- Category and commercial strategies deployment for the client
- Account development strategy and plan creation and execution through JBP cross-functional approach and cooperation
- Develop specific account plan to build joint business and sales through maximizing in-store, on-site and in-app presence to the consumer
- Leading / initiating of all internal and external multi-functional projects and processes
- Category development project (both for eComm and Baby stores) leading
- Effective and partnership relations with client strengthening trough annual negotiation campaign, quarterly reviews, operational business meeting
- DPSM and CRISP for DM strategy realization and targets achievement
- Close and effective collaboration with execution team in order to overcome barriers of client’s business organization
- As a part of SOP process accurate sales volume forecasting
- Timely price changes acceptance by client
- Client’s payables and overdue control
- New SKU listings and SKU distribution expanding alignment with client
- Timely and accurate preparation and signing of closing documents
- Constantly exploring new business growth opportunities
- Detskiy Mir account development team management and development
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and active participation into country OGSIM initiatives development and implementation
About You:
- You have a higher education and a significant working experience in multinational FMCG companies
- Effective management experience of top key clients both e-com and national
- You are a strategic thinker, with strong influencing and leadership skills
- Your Upper-Intermediate level of English allows you to communicate effectively at all levels
