Responsibilities:
- Overseeing / designing course portfolio, study programs, syllabus
- Managing a team of teachers
- Capacity planning
- Scheduling
- Teacher assignment
- Organizing regular CPD sessions
- Quality control (classroom observation, feedback analysis, teacher training)
- Teaching material selection
- Salary calculation
- Dealing with complaints
- Managing Foundation programs (1-year long program mandatory to apply to the UK universities): teacher management; program adaptation; salary calculations; direct and agent sales; new teachers onboarding; coordination with partners in the UK; student support through the program and further (visas, applications, IELTS exams, travel arrangements)
Requirements:
- A successful candidate should have a University degree in Management / Linguistics / Economics
- Candidates currently teaching / with substantial experience teaching foreign languages are prioritized
- Candidates should have relevant professional experience, be confident in sales / customer service / communication, have excellent time management and administrative skills
