Main accountabilities:
Provide expert contractual advice; draft, negotiate contractual agreements with vendors and partners;
Handle with business units claims, communicate legal advice, define improvements in business models, mitigate risks;
Proactively communicate new laws and process requirements, impacting business;
Identify and implement best practices, develop Legal Academy, provide relevant trainings.
Requirements:
Excellent academic credentials, 3+ PQE, preferably in FMCG and\or law firm;
Relevant experience in litigation, commercial transactions, intellectual property, regulatory matters (commercial law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, antitrust, alcohol regulation);
Experience in negotiations, effective communicator;
English skills strongly preferred.
