Responsibilities:
- Develop, coach and motivate all the people under reporting line
- Establish Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy for product category and new product launches. Create the Communications Briefs that describe the WHO, WHAT, and HOW marketing strategy in close collaboration with Product Teams

Requirements:
- Head of Marcom part experience from 3 years
- Professional experience in brand development strategy preparation from 5 years
- Experienced data analysis

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
- Development of SMB eStore (managing product portfolio performed in Digital and adopt value proposition according target group)
