1. Product Owner Infrastructure as a Service
Essential Dairy & Plant-based division (EDP) produces and markets fermented fresh dairy products. In Russia company has 16 modern plants to produce key brands – Danone, Prostokvashino, Activia. Actimel, Danissimo.
Global Technology and Infrastructure (GTI) is a global and agile team whose main job is to manage and secure the underlying Danone infrastructure & technologies, powering the Danone IT & Data platforms and workspaces.
As a Product Owner Infrastructure as a Service, you deeply understand the customers' needs and carry the vision of the product to be developed and are mandated by the organization and the stakeholders to make this vision a reality by translating it into a product that bears maximum value for the organization.
As Product Owner Infrastructure as a Service you will have the following responsibilities:
Business Strategy / Strategic Vision:
- Owns the vision of the product, its definition, and the associated value. Is accountable for building and sustaining the backlog, arbitrating among different needs and priorities, and the delivery and performanceof his/her Product
- Ensures consistencybetween the needs of end-users and stakeholders, as reflected in the vision of the product, its delivery, and its deployment & adoption
- Understands the business needs, structures, and translates them into the backlog, envisioning different solution to those needs
- Evaluates the costs and benefitsof different options with input from the product team to optimize value creation. Owns the cost model of the product
- Prioritizes, plans, and communicates on the steps identified to deliver the product
- Handles simultaneously product discovery and delivery in an adaptative, incremental and iterative manner
- Establishes partnershipwith leading technology providers related to his/her Product
Impact on Business Results:
- Contributes to business results by delivering products with high value for the organization, unlocking new capabilities and ensuring high quality IT delivery
- Maximizes value by efficiently developing and executing the infrastructure services strategy and arbitrating among customers’ requests and needs
- Manages the P&L of the product
Process & Projects:
- Technology products servingthe GTI organization (e.g.: IT Ops Delivery, Service Mgmt., FinOps, BCP/DR), IT Platforms & Commons, and/or end users
- Agile frameworks and delivery models
- Good knowledge in various technology stack related to infrastructure management (Servers Administration, OS, DB, security, LAN …), datacenter management and all related automation and tooling capabilities (AI-Ops, DRP,…) both on premise and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge about software asset management for the scope in use
- Lead cloud adoption, with value creation and FinOps in mind
- Work closely with other IAAS product teams
Managerial complexity:
- The Product Owner drives the Product Team’s work through the product’s backlog (content and prioritization)
- Works with distributed and/or partially distributed teams, assessing and addressing the challenges presented by that context (International and geographically distributed squad members, stakeholders, and customers)

2. Project controller

Finance department is in charge of budgeting process in Danone. This team works with large data volumes to find the best option for Danone to be efficient on the markets of Russia & CIS.
In this role you will:
- Support Inno/Reno projects
- Assess COGS for each Inno/Reno project
- Make scenario analysis
- Evaluate pay back of the cases (CAPEX cases)
- Make all relevant analytics concerning COGS estimation
- Modify and build efficient process of projects assessment (financial impacts)
- Support Sourcing initiatives
- Assess all impacts on P&L of the company

3. Business Controller

Business Controller SN is important for Danone because of providing full scope of finance business partnership for team with full scope of controlling functions.
In this role you will:
- Support SN agenda providing strong financial expertise
- Lead A&P resource allocations process, including split by departments and brands, manage forecasting process
- Participate in month end closing process (A&P costs), including IC controls and audit requests fulfillment
- Participate in different cross-functional projects (novelties, profitability improvement, financial tools implementation)
- Analyze and animate business performance
- Forecast business impact of changes, identify risks and opportunities, make suggestions from financial perspectives
