Tasks:
Collaborating with centers of HR expertise:
— planning, development and coordination of recruitment and selection domain`s strategy;
— planning, coordination, monitoring of the HR budget of domain;
— support in employees adaptation
— planning, coordination, implementation of T&D strategy in domain (development of soft &hard skills, management competencies).
— development strategically business competencies in domain.
— implementation and support corporate culture, leadership culture .
— implementation of HiPO development programs, participation in HiPo assessment;
HR budgeting
Research and implementation HR best practices in the market .
Development of engagement and satisfaction of domain employees.
Requirements for professional expertise:
Higher education (preferably specialized);
Work experience in a similar position at least 5 years (preferably / not necessarily in retail, tech business, e-commerce);
knowledge of labor legislation, excellent PC skills;
Possession and knowledge of recruitment, T&D , HiPo , assessment.
Personal qualities:
Сommunication skills, responsibility, result orientation.
