Responsibilities:
- Connect the different layer of system and information in relations of business goals
- Crypto Currency, Decentralised economy and management, IoT, VR, AR, Metaverse, Web, Mobile
- Develop the growth strategy for technical layers and hiring plan for tech teams(around 7 teams with the different tech stack)
2. CFO
Requirements:
- With Unit Economy Skills and Experience in High Technological Services
3. CPO
Responsibilities:
- Strategy, products map, financial model & sustainability of the whole project
4. CMO
Responsibilities:
- Marketing campaign research for each product and audience
- Lead-generations & brand awareness campaigns, sources
- Develop and launch the campaign
5. Head of People (Resources)
Responsibilities:
- Goals, Metrics
- Hiring Plan and Campaigns, Skill's descriptions, Estimation and Measurement, Hiring and Onboarding Funnels, Sources and Budget Management, Atmosphere and Communication Management, Processes for the HR Brand inside and outside the company
6. Head of City's Brand
Responsibilities:
- City's Guidelines providing
- Implementation in physical mediums
- Consistency for partners, co-creators and contractors
7. Product Owner (for Invest Products and Scenarios)

Responsibilities:
- Data, Scores, Contribution Measurement
- Action and Index for Citizens

11. Lead Community Creator
Responsibilities:
- Develop mediaplan for public followers groups, activation to some actions
- Launch the activities, support the treads, grow the activation metrics
