Key Accountabilities:

•Is responsible for the setting and achievement of financial objectives (sales, profitability) of the Base Business Unit
•Arbitrates local promotion and sales investments, according to product priorities, ensuring cost efficiency at all times
•Analyzing portfolio of Base Business products. Development of product plans and financial models for cooperation.
•Identification of the potential franchise partners – distributors, foreign or domestic pharmaceutical companies:
•Design and development of different cooperation models
•Design and implementation of innovate methods of effective promotion of base products
•Goal setting
•Developing and ensuring timely signature of legally compliant documentation (Contracts, Agreements)
•Control of execution of the agreements and evaluation of the overall effectiveness of such cooperation
•Ensure compliance with Company Code of Ethics by third party companies promoting base portfolio products
•Realization of product (sales) plans through commercial agreements with distributors and/or other pharmaceutical companies
•Developing and managing of Operating Budget for Base Business
•Ensure control for distributor discounts for promoting Base Business portfolio
•Cooperation and control of subordinates
•Involvement of the other Company BUs and functions when possible to promote Base business portfolio products
•Ensures involvement and coordination of other Departments and Enabling functions within Company for optimal management of the portfolio and sales
•Ensures involvement and coordination of Franchise partners and Distributors with Company activity for optimal management of the portfolio promotion and sales. Organization of Corporate events with participation of Franchise partners and Distributors
•Ensures extension of product life-cycles and portfolio organization.

 

What is necessary to be successful:
University degree
Successful working experience no less than 2-3 year in Marketing
Working experience in pharmaceuticals/consumer care industry no less than 3 years in Sales and BD
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Understands and effectively communicates across challenging business environment
Strong understanding of the business and regulatory environment in which company competes and communicates required for adding value to business, risk management & managing the customer engagement process
Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities faced by the company
Excellent analytical and planning skills
Advanced English is required
