The Director of Home Health will be responsible for providing extraordinary customer service, achieving business objectives, developing and growing the client base, implementation and adherence to government regulations and corporate policies and procedures. The Director of Home Health will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, for this individual is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Home Health Division. This positon will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and will lead the entire team of home care professionals.
The minimum qualifications we are seeking include a BA or BS degree in a health and/or business related major required. MBA or MS is preferred. Five (5) years of experience in home care with a proven record for marketing and business growth.
