You will be responsible for:
Providing recommendations to Sales, Business Control Manager and CFO:
Run performance analysis and be proactive to reach business objectives
Anticipate Risks & Opportunities
Bring recommendations to business
Prepare options for landing purposes
Support Business Control Manager for key Business Reviews
Guaranteeing the quality of closing process:
Ensure P&L is duly reflecting business activity
Identify risks and propose corrective actions
Drive profitability monitoring and improvement
Follow-up of Depletions and Stock
Develop P&L analysis by key customer / group of customers
Prepare monthly business call with MH Europe
Prepare all required documentation for Audit purposes for area of responsibility
Ensure systems reconciliations and accuracy
Being integral in all forecast cycles:
Support in organizing the forecast /Budget processes
Ensure consistency with Maison Guidelines
Challenge Sales input (Volumes, Promotion, …)
Evaluate Risks & Opportunities
Build Budget presentations
Participate in building Brand and Commercial packs
Strong business partnering with Marketing & Sales Teams:
Ensure Commercial Negotiation are in line with Budget + Follow-up
Provide strong analysis to drive business (A&P matrix, P&L sharing, volumes analysis, top/flop customers, ect…)
Be proactive to optimize our profitability and our ROI
Share profitability mindset within the organization
Support teams during the budget building process
Provide relevant analysis to Sales (Business & profitability)
Help building Brand & Channel Business reviews
Participating to transversal projects:
Animate all MH related projects regarding Finance/Controlling aspects
Participate in all necessary projects as per needs defined by the Management
Collaborate with Sales Planning & Analysis to develop synergies between the 2 departments
Leveraging tools usage & analysis:
Leverage internal database usage to enhance P&L analysis by key customer
Ensure knowledge continuity within the controlling team by updating procedures & process
Optimize internal tool and files
Leverage analysis on market data
Participate in testing and implementation of new tools as per needs.
Requirements:
Education: Finance or Technical Master Degree
Languages: English mandatory, French preferable
Professional experience: Finance / Business controller or Analyst (Minimum 6 years)
Technical & management skills: Reporting cycles & tools / will to develop management experience. SAP, Hyperion (Topaz), advanced in Excel, strong presentational skills
Personal & interpersonal skills: Synthetic mindset, rigor, analysis capability. Relationship management and strong communication skills.
