Viber is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Coordinator to support Viber’s global offices.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs (employee events- virtual/in-person, social responsibility, recognition, etc.)
Liaise with finance and legal teams across the globe regarding employee contracts, payroll, time-tracking, vendor payments and more.
Manage the calendar of employee value proposition branding (EVP) on social platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter)
Arrange logistics for on-boarding of new hires; this includes collecting offer approvals, contract drafting, laptop orders, and creating internal welcome communication for each new hire.
Maintain global employee files and personal records
Update company HRIS- Workday. Assist with generating reports for various stakeholders.
Analyze employee surveys and participate in feedback meetings for various HR initiatives.
2+ years of experience in human resources at tech company; global HR experience
Strong problem solving skills, multi-tasking and a sense of urgency is required
Flexible self- starter. Ability to contribute in a high-paced work environment with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
MUST have experience working with HRIS (preferred: Workday)
MUST be willing to be flexible with working across time zones in US, Europe, CIS, and APAC
Tact and diplomacy for dealing with internal associates as well as external vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Russian or other languages is a plus.
This is a fixed term contract ending April 2021.
