As a Product Director, you will:
Be responsible for delivering new products to market, reporting to CEO
Assess the market to identify new product opportunities
Manage product needs and requirements
Manage the team of developers and technical specialists to approve, develop and deliver high-performance products
Prepare detailed project scoping, cost estimating and budgeting documents
Monitor, control and manage development team accountability
Monitor product performance
Manage product marketing team
Articulate and recommend product enhancements
Manage development challenges
Manage contract developers and outsourced fulfilment partners
The ideal candidate will possess:
5+ years product management experience gained within IoT, Cloud or a complex technology environment
Strong technical background
Team management and project management experience/qualifications
Product roadmap experience
A delivery focus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Excellent written, verbal and social skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced, multiple project environment
A track record of working with product, marketing, design and engineering teams
Fluent English, German is a plus
