Full cycle of HR administration processes for corporate office (130 employees)
Administration and development of Workday HR system
Policies and procedures revision
Ensuring the protection of employees personal data
Preparation of analytical and statistical reports in Russian and English
Supervision of labor protection and fire safety processes implemented by an outsourcing company
Implementation of various HR projects
YOUR TALENT
Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management / law / technical specialties)
Work experience in a similar position as a leading human resources manager from 2 years in large international companies
English — Advanced
Mandatory expertise in writing and changing locally normative acts
Experience in 1C 8.3 more than 1 year
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Power Point, advanced knowledge of Excel functions)
Project management skills, multitasking, systemic thinking, attention to detail, dynamism, positive attitude
