As a Logistics Lead, you always start with the consumer in mind. You ensure reliable and smooth distribution of full-price & off-price Nike products to Nike Direct Stores both from X-Dock & Local DC and also expected to monitor & influence all forward and reverse logistics processes that materially impact inventory levels over time while working closely with Distribution & Local DC Inventory Planning Teams. Logistics Lead for Nike Direct Stores is also expected to influence and coordinate logistics supplier relationship (3PL) management, logistics processes set up, maintenance & control. Logistics Lead for Nike Direct Stores is also the bridge btw EHQ Nike Direct MPO Team and Country Operations Team. You utilize diagnostic and predictive analytics to make smart business decisions. You keep your business partners informed and engaged of risks and opportunities, and you actively partner with your MPU and other operational functions, to find optimal supply chain and commercial solutions. Optimizing and improving logistics processes and execution is a core responsibility. You engage in key projects evolving existing business capabilities using agile principles.

Accountable for the Nike Direct stores supply chain execution in line with business demand and service expectation.
Be the point of contact with Nike Direct (ND) Stores in terms of all deliveries (seasonal products as well as fixtures/hangers/masks, etc) and RTV organizations
Be the voice of Operations Team in Country X-Functional Nike Direct Team and bridge btw EHQ Nike Direct MPO Team and Country Operations Team
Own, track, and improve Supply Chain performance indicators to maximize service, cost, convenience and sustainability for the country Nike Direct Stores.
Develop excellent working relationships with your external partners, understand their strategies and priorities, and keep them up-to-date of risks and opportunities.
Daily control and coordination work of LDC/X-Dock, Transportation operations according to plans, capacity and hold/inventory figures, business and stores need. Support priority deliveries to stores, work on express solutions
Prioritize RTV calendar / retailers inline with marketplace & financial health needs. Ensure extra RTV requests are in line with warehouse capacity & targets
Support efficient logistics management processes and inspire change through digitalization opportunities
Focus on continuous process improvement, uncover opportunities on operational level and initiate analytical projects. You take part in capability building across Operations such as Hash/CO, Rebuy, RFID, Replen/AA etc
The role reports direct to the Marketplace Operations Inventory Manager Russia.
Ожидания:
At least 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain operations, retail allocation, or logistics management role within the retail or consumer goods industry
Wide and deep understanding of Supply Chain Management and general business knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure and multinational teams
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class supply chain
Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence
Innovative mentality and proven track record in delivering process improvement
You will demonstrate knowledge of Financial acumen, Modeling & Analysis, Order management
Strong service focus and a proactive mind-set
Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos, and Tableau
Proficiency in English and Russian
Travel requirements – 5% of time.
