Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in business development, sales and client-relationship management
Ability to speak English and Russian fluently
Experience on the online-platform or client side with an online performance focus.
Experience in running digital marketing activities and business expansion.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
Very strong problem solving, analytical and persuasion skills, combined with good business judgment and experience presenting solutions to senior-level audiences
Ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.
Grow the Google’s Russian domestic business.
Define the retail pod portfolio strategy by analyzing data, trends, client’s performance, business models and identifying opportunities that allow Google to capture new budgets while driving a step change in the effectiveness of client businesses.
Lead project team of account managers, strategists and analytical consultants.
Create transformational goals for each customer translating business plans into quarterly tactics and execution in collaboration with account managers, strategists and analytical staff.
Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and consultative presentations. Establish and nurture C-level relationships with advertisers, their agencies and ecosystem.
