Оne of the largest American-owned spirits and wine companies Brown-Forman is currently seeking an HR Business Partner.

 

The role:

This position will support the Head of HR and Admin, Russia in all areas of HR to ensure stellar execution of the organizational support provided to the company throughout the OD transition period (12 months) while substantial increase of workload for HR team is expected.

The scope will include but not limited to support HR Head in handling organizational change, agile problem solving throughout the transition of people and culture activities, and collaborating across HR functions to complete the assignment on time at desired quality level. The incumbent is to establish positive candidate-to-employee relations through communication of corporate information, advisory and support of the hiring managers, conducting orientation training program to set new structures for success, and to provide support to new employees hired prior to go-live, by navigating them to the appropriate HR/Company resources.

 

What you can expect:

Ensures local HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with the newest versions of Global Corporate ones as well as recently adopted local legal requirements and regulations. Translates, adapts and communicates updates of a various matter to the organization, respectively tracking the appropriate and sufficient application.

Plays instrumental role to the hiring of the best possible talent for the new organizational design by leveraging the support of the Talent Acquisition function, recruitment agencies, job boards and HR-Tech tools, monitoring and facilitating all needed recruitment processes, being a key point of contact for all Professional Levels roles filling. Reports weekly to HR Head and GM on the hiring progress, tightly collaborates with GTA team and recruitment support.

Cooperates effectively with Jr. HR BP (Employee services and operations) to handle employee lifecycle documentation whether paperwork and/or digital in accordance with the law and Corporate standards and in full via payroll provider. Takes care assignments to Labor Hygiene and Safety training, as well as First Aid, Fire and Electric security training and other compulsory corporate education (Code of Conduct, Responsible Data Handling, Responsible consumption etc).

Handles HR pool of suppliers, enabling the transition, in the competitive shape from pitch to closing documents, making sure services provided are of top quality and at best price versus the market. Seeks to negotiate better terms and conditions given existing vendors on extended scope of services.

Supports transition related organizational change by helping HR Head to facilitate initiatives and educate people leaders on actions that impact people and culture.

Plays a key role in the formation of effective teams under RLT -2 and below supervision, applying techniques to incorporate new leaders, whether they are new hires or existing employees who assume new leadership roles. Permanently monitors the integration progress and work environment within the newly created teams.

Provides support to managers in the failed probation separation process, coordinates the compliant closure of employment for such cases with Jr HR BP.

 

What you bring to the table:

Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing or related areas

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as a Generalist

With focus on Talent Acquisition and Development.

Experience in companies with complex matrix organizations

Advanced English a must: the position uses it almost daily to interact with corporate groups, regularly for conversations that require and advanced command of the language.
