Support Fact based, consumer centric, insights driven decisions;
Improve 360 consumer and shopper understanding;
Deep learnings & insights to support growth and innovations agenda;
Leading Insights team in development of current processes and implementation of new tools;
Continuous improvement of insights / research tools & process;
Consultancy in communication, connection & innovation;
Process based on consumer understanding & research learnings;
Manage decision risks with high financial and/or brand impact;
Consistent tracking of Market, Consumer Developments & Brand Performance;
Anticipate future developments;
Support harmonization / alignment of research methodologies (related to Activation Pillar) across Europe;
Cooperate with external partners and build strong relationships based on our needs and partner expertise;
Ensure Process & Outcome is in line with Excellence Pillar.
Minimum 3-years experienced in research / analysis / insights sphere;
Strong communication skills;
Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel);
Nielsen databases / Power BI knowledge as an advantage;
Ability to balance support & challenge and make independent judgments & recommendations;
Strong executional skills: High Quality & Speed;
Excellence project management skill.
