В сервис пассажирских перевозок inDrive требуется Director of Drivers Operations & Supply.
Company is looking for a Director of Drivers Operations & Supply who will build, execute, and improve Driver Operations in APAC, EMEA & LATAM macroregions with cross-functional teams & stakeholders ensuring that inDrive business keeps running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Manage Driver OPS team in 47 countries with more than 400 FTEs. Deliver a big input into operational processes by updating and revamping them
- Own the entire supply, acquisition, and retention during launches, deliver launch strategy, and execute it
- Build up drivers' activation and retention strategy, and constantly monitor for any room for improvement
- Deal with fraud in all streams of acquisition and drivers' activation
- Collaborate with the Product team, and own driver's side backlog
- Revamp and update drivers' registration flow, and manage the entire registration and activation funnel
- Contribute towards increasing rides per driver metric
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-growing environment. Proven experience in business management in operations, strategy, technology, business development or a similar area
- Advanced level of English language (other languages in full proficiency level are highly desirable)
- Communicate to senior regional ops leaders/ GMs on projects/priorities; able to organize and lead effective meetings, collect and provide meaningful feedback & communicate priorities and goals effectively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field such as Marketing, Business or Business Administration
- This role demands strong stakeholder and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance
- You'll ensure high standards for business operations; you are an enterprising multi-tasker, driving cross-functional groups to decisions on strategic initiatives
- Project management experience in a highly cross-functional setting, including with technical or product teams
- Clear communicator with the ability to work across business functions
- Extensive process improvement skills and experience
- Self-motivated and self-starting - works well independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills
- Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners as well as internal departments
- A data-driven approach to making decisions and measuring performance
- Readiness to mid-term international business trips
