Google has opened its doors for an experienced specialist to fulfill the Country Operations Manager position.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in project management and executive communications within strategy consulting or a similar role.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently.
Experience in partnering with executive-level stakeholders.
Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives as project manager.
Ability to work in fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work across various business functions and influence different stakeholders.
Maintain cross-functional relationships and coordination primarily with Global Advisory Functions to support the Country Manager and enable country success. Work with Google experts to help drive decisions.
Support programs to help arrange internal communications and external engagements and outreach.
Assume leadership and day-to-day responsibility for key projects as determined by the Go-To-Market Country Lead.
Serve as an advisor to the Country Manager and Country Go-to-Market Lead.
