Novartis is looking for a Convention Management Head.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
Lead the process and associated team in the forecasting, planning, review, approval, and release of promotional materials, collaborating with commercial and functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory and Novartis standards are consistently met, resources are aligned, and priorities are communicated;
Serve as the centralized “knowledge hub” of the Materials Approval Process (MAP). Collaborate with brand team(s) to create strategic plans connecting commercial objectives with internal review and approval requirements;
Evaluate material content to ensure quality and consistency of messaging at the development and review stages of projects;
Serve as key contact for Reviewers, Project Owners and Agencies from concept / project initiation through final validation: leverage knowledge of MAP and A&P expertise to drive priorities, project development quality / speed and compliance;
Assess materials to determine which review stage / reviewers are required. Oversee priority materials through the process through completion, proactively advising to remove any potential barriers;
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
Knowledge of State & Federal legislations regulating event management area in pharmaceutical industry (incl. AIPM standards, RZN etc.);
Strong leadership skills and teamwork spirit;
Ability to work in a fast changing environment with multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results;
Project Management experience;
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project etc.). SAP knowledge.
