About the role:
We’re looking for a talented and passionate leader to play a key role in driving growth as the Head of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the growth marketing strategy, while collaborating with our Sales, BizDev, Customer Success, Product, and Analytics teams. A key area of focus will be on developing our customer acquisition strategy while building a robust conversion funnel.
What you’ll do:
Define and develop the customer acquisition strategy across regions and markets
Build a robust conversion funnel, focusing on increasing top-of-funnel lead flow while improving lead quality
Develop organic and paid channels, underpinned by a clear testing strategy and roadmap
Partner with Sales, BizDev, Customer Success, Product, and Analytics teams to achieve cohesion on broader goals
Handle corporate communications to deliver a brand-consistent message
Build and manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and progress toward goals.
