Mondelēz is searching for a Brand Manager (Alpen Gold).

 

Responsibilities:

Executes annual category marketing plans for P&L delivery with a monthly / quarterly and annual horizon
Develops 360degree support programs for all NPD launches, brand relaunches, including BTL, Digital, sales activation
Provides input / leads brand strategy development: portfolio strategy including product inno pipeline, price & promo, brand foundation forming & management, communication & packaging

Execution of superior consumer and customer activations of agreed brand equity, renovation and innovation 4-2-1‘s
Briefing and development of digital creative
Understands a brand P&L and its relevant profit levers across the cluster / country
Supports profitability improvement projects (Productivity)
Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures
Leads tracking of business on a monthly basis to assess progress vs. plan and recommend adjustments as appropriate
Understands the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership
Internal reporting and other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

University degree in Economics, Marketing
Good command of English (Advanced level)
Min of 3 years’ relevant experience in blue-chip multinational FMCGs in the Marketing department
In-depth understanding of consumer needs
Influencing senior teams
Experience in BTL, digital activations.
